What is the return and exchange policy?
We have a 7 day return policy and 7 day size exchange policy for the same item. A request for an exchange or return must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Please be incredibly careful while trying on our products. Any items with make up stains, perfume smells or other signs of wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items marked as SALE, sold under the sale collection or bought during a flash sale. Please contact us at hello@getpeachy.in with any questions.
How can I request a size return or exchange?
To request return or exchange please log in to your account and request a return from that panel using this link. For size exchange, please use the portal to return your item, and in the notes section please add "exchange." After that, reach out to hello@getpeachy.in with your order number, item you want to exchange, current size, new requested size and your name. We will share instructions on how to ship the items via email within 2-4 business days. Once the item has been received by our warehousing team and passes all inspections that ensure the item is in its original condition, we will process your exchange. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been shipped, and delivery could take up to 7 business days from the day we receive your item.
Do you offer a pick-up service for returns or exchanges?
We offer pick-up service for exchanges and returns and charge a Rs. 150 fee for restocking and shipping. Please reach out to use at hello@getpeachy.in with your exchange request and we will share details on scheduling a pick-up, if its available for your pincode.
Can I get a refund?
At this time, we only offer store credit in the form of gift cards or discount codes for all approved return requests. We charge a restocking and shipping fee of Rs. 150 for all returns, and this will be deducted from the store credit amount awarded. E.g, if you paid Rs. 2000, you will be awarded Rs. 1850 in store credits (2000-150)
The store credit is only awarded once the item has been returned back to Peach and fully inspected by our quality assurance team. If there are any issues with the item, we’ll communicate the same with the customer.
How to access and use the return portal?
Requesting returns is a super easy process and you can do it directly through the return portal.
1. Log in or create a new account with the email you used to place the order using this link

2. An OTP will be sent to the provided email address. Please insert it. 
3. The portal will show you all of the orders you have placed, as well as the option to return an item. Please note, only orders that have been fulfilled are eligible for returns through this portal. 
4. Select the items in the order you'd like to return, as well as the return reason. Feel free to add any feedback in the notes section! 
Voila! We'll approve or reject the return request within 2-3 business days and share the return instructions via email. :)
